We at Sobako are passionate about bringing Japanese Craftsmanship into homes in Hong Kong. Our ethically sourced products, shipped directly from Japan, are handmade from 100% natural materials. Our mission is to help support local artisans in Japan and do our bit to preserve the dying traditions of pottery. 

Sobako is an initiative to help safeguard the pottery traditions in Yamanashi in rural Japan so that future generations in Japan have access to this age-old artform. Our ethically sourced products, shipped directly from Japan, are handmade from 100% natural materials. With such a diverse community, we believed Hong Kong would welcome a fresh range of aesthetic Japanese homeware and understand the fine Japanese craftsmanship imbued with the spirit of Yamanashi, and the people who created it.
